When we were growing up, we learned some things about ourselves that weren’t necessarily true.  We developed habits that we weren’t supposed to develop.  Now, those errant beliefs and habits are working against us, ultimately sabotaging our happiness.  Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy can be very effective in changing those beliefs and habits at their very core.  The list below isn’t complete, but it does give you an idea of some of the things hypnosis and hypnotherapy can do to improve your life.
