I'm president of our condo association, and last week, I had a resident inquire about purchasing a 6 ft fiberglass dinosaur for the common area behind her building. I suggested she contact her building neighbors for their opinions, as a 6 ft fiberglass dinosaur would directly impact their views.

I recently had to run for election to the board of my condo association. I campaigned on the following: Vision, Proven Leadership, Experience, Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, and Fun. After giving this some thought, these are the values I put into everything I do, whether it be hypnosis, Airbnb rentals, or managing the affairs of our condo association.

I spent last week in Las Vegas attending an Attraction Mastery class. It was a fabulous class! I learned a lot. One of the things that sparked my interest, was the 2 of the attendees were taking the class because they were looking to “upgrade.” That means they are no longer interested in their current spouse/partner, and looking to get themselves something new.
